About us.

CADVES-GROUP ORGANIZATION is a non-political and non-profit making organization that uses value based sports/play programs and vocational education training programs to improve health, develop life skills, address education issues and foster development issues and encourage sustainable livelihood among the children and youths in the most disadvantaged communities. Our programs also puts more emphasis on the following; individuals including girls, persons with disabilities (PWDs), persons affected with HIV/Aids and street children. The organization, working closely with other partners is training local community youth leaders as coaches, referees, peer educators, and more relevant skills in order to deliver our programs in different areas of the community. We also have programs that targets the youths out of school and girls with children and are not married. The programs are tailor made to empower and prepare the youths, children and the general public. The programs will also equip them with vocational education skills and training in different courses like Fire Safety, prevention and management, FIRST AID, ICT, entrepreneurship and hair dressing and many more through our own initiatives or through our partners.

Mission:

…is to use Value Based Sports/play programs and vocational education/trainings to address issues of health, education and social development hence enabling the youth to make informed and proactive decisions.

Objectives:

v  To promote the use of sports and play in creating awareness on the issues of education, Health and socio-economic development.

v  To empower both boys and girls to grab the readily available and genuine opportunities.

v  Build a strong and productive partnerships with other genuine and like-minded groups, organizations, NGOs, Institutions, Companies and individuals to help champion the development agenda.

v  Empower the youths to take up the leadership role in community development and become job creators and not job seekers through vocational Education and training.

v  Lobby and advocate for equitable provision of education and health privileges to everyone regardless of their race, background or even status.

Our implementation methodology:

To determine any kind of method in imparting training, the pre-consideration of educational qualification, language and perspective of the trainees is essential in order to make the training attractive, acceptable and understandable.
